After exploring the caves, we headed out for a blustery walk at Ribblehead Viaduct. The wind was strong, but it added to the excitement as we took in the magnificent views of this iconic structure and the surrounding countryside. The viaduct, with its towering arches, was even more impressive in person.
We then finished off our day with a peaceful visit to the wee church at the top of the road from the cottage. It was a lovely, quiet spot to reflect on the beauty of the day and the landscapes we’d just explored.
A truly memorable day out – full of adventure, natural beauty, and history! Highly recommend visiting these places if you’re ever in the area.
