The boys went out for dinner with Pops tonight, so David and I had the perfect opportunity for a date night. We headed to La Madera Tex Mex in Corfu, and wow, the food was phenomenal! Great flavours, great atmosphere, and fantastic company.

To top off the evening, we tried some kumquat liqueur after our meal—it was absolutely gorgeous! A lovely, relaxing night out together.
