We took a moment to just sit on the wall outside the apartment and watch the sunset. The sky turned into a beautiful canvas of oranges, pinks, and purples, and the peaceful atmosphere made it all the more magical. Sometimes, it’s the simplest moments that leave the biggest impressions. Just sitting there, taking in the beauty of nature, was the perfect way to end the day.

We were really looking forward to a nice date night at Oscars Bar in Roda tonight. The setting was perfect, and the food looked amazing. Unfortunately, I ended up feeling a bit overheated and unwell, so we had to cut the evening short and head back to the apartment early. Not the night we had planned, but we’ll hope to be back another time to enjoy it properly. Here’s to more relaxing evenings ahead!

Tonight, we enjoyed some traditional Greek food at Roda Park Restaurant, and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was gorgeous, full of authentic flavours, and the service was top-notch. A perfect evening for enjoying the delicious local cuisine. Definitely a place to recommend if you’re ever in Roda!

Had another beautiful lunch today at Crusoes Pub, and as always, the view was stunning! The food was delicious, and it’s hard to beat dining with such a lovely backdrop. Another perfect moment to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the good vibes in Corfu.

What a fantastic day of snorkelling fun for Lewis and Oliver! They spent hours diving and exploring both in the pool and out in the sea, discovering the underwater world. They were absolutely loving it and had so much fun splashing around. It’s always a joy to see them enjoy the water so much. Perfect summer day!

Another perfect day under the sun! Spent hours enjoying the pool with the boys—lots of splashing, swimming races, and simply soaking up the summer vibes. There’s nothing better than cooling off in the pool on a hot day. Definitely one of those simple, but unforgettable moments of holiday fun!

The boys went out for dinner with Pops tonight, so David and I had the perfect opportunity for a date night. We headed to La Madera Tex Mex in Corfu, and wow, the food was phenomenal! Great flavours, great atmosphere, and fantastic company.

Our first day in Corfu was everything we hoped for! We spent most of it lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun and relaxing. Later, we took a walk into Acharavi and then David and I ventured out to Roda for a bit of exploring on our own. El scorchio—definitely felt the heat today!

And we’re off! We left Glasgow Airport and arrived in Corfu late, but the excitement was palpable. As soon as we got to our apartment, we couldn’t resist exploring the beach just 50m away from our doorstep. Walking along the shore, feeling the Mediterranean breeze and hearing the waves crash at midnight—such a magical start to our holiday. Here’s to the next adventure!
