Today was a lovely, laid-back day spent visiting Mum and soaking up the sunshine. We headed to Portobello beach, where the kids had a blast running around in the sand, and we all enjoyed the fresh sea breeze. The weather was absolutely perfect for a beach day!

What a fantastic day we had exploring Edinburgh! I spent the day hopping on and off the sightseeing tour bus with the three boys. It was a great way to take in all the city’s iconic sights without the hassle of walking everywhere. From the Castle to the Royal Mile, and all the hidden gems in between – we really made the most of it! We all had a blast. What a wonderful afternoon I had today, celebrating all of our birthdays with Joanne and Lesley-Ann!
We gathered at Brewhemia for a gorgeous afternoon tea – the perfect spot to relax, chat, and indulge in delicious treats. From delicate finger sandwiches to perfectly crafted cakes and scones, everything was absolutely scrumptious. The atmosphere was cosy and festive, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to mark the occasion.
Such a lovely time spent with amazing friends – here’s to many more celebrations and sweet moments together!
